Mechanical

Mechanical conveyors are used to conveying various types of powders and granules to one or more points in a circuit. They consist of elbows connected by tubes, inside which a cable or chain with plastic discs runs.

The cable/chain engages in rings on the elbows and is dragged through the pipes. The system has a drive unit with an automatic cable/chain tensioning system. The discs mechanically drag the product at the speed of the rope/chain.

The product is discharged by gravity through manually or automatically operated valves mounted along the conveying pipeline.

Low energy consumption, tightness of the system, the possibility of conveying products with different densities and easy integration even into existing systems make the system economical, efficient, reliable, versatile and environmentally friendly.

Aero-mechanical

Aero-mechanical conveyors/elevators are designed to handle powdered or granulated products. The system consists of a cable with inserted discs running inside a tube between two or three special wheels equipped with toothed crowns.

Plastic discs attached to the cable at regular intervals create discrete air pockets as they move through the tube. Transport is carried with minimal degradation and separation.

The high linear speed imparted to the discs promotes the displacement of air and the subsequent fluidization of the material, achieving lower energy consumption and considerable performance.

Product discharge is achieved by centrifugal action: the product exits through a discharge end, while the air is recirculated through the return pipe.

Aero-mechanical conveyors/elevators are economical, efficient and versatile.
